This policy explains what data ZZ.BUSINESS (“we”) collects on zz.business, why, and what choices you have. Contact: zz@zz.business.
What we collect
- Contact form: the name, the project description and the contact details (email, phone, messenger or social profile) you enter in the form on zz.business, so we can reply about your project.
- Technical data: IP address, browser user agent, pages visited and the ad or link that brought you (utm tags, click IDs).
- Analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel) — only with your consent where the law requires it (e.g. EU/EEA, UK, Switzerland).
Why we use it
- To answer your questions, prepare a quote and get back to you about your project.
- To measure which ads bring real inquiries and improve our advertising.
- To keep the website secure and working.
Who processes it
- Google (Gemini API) — generates the AI agent’s replies.
- Telegram — delivers your messages to ZZ so he can reply personally.
- Google — website analytics via Google Analytics 4 (only if you allowed cookies, where consent is required).
- Meta Platforms — ad measurement via Meta Pixel and Conversions API (only if you allowed advertising cookies, where consent is required).
- TikTok — ad measurement via TikTok Pixel and Events API (only if you allowed advertising cookies, where consent is required).
- Cloudflare — DNS and email routing.
We don’t sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
Chat history on our server is kept for 24 hours. Conversations about an actual project may be kept by ZZ for as long as needed to deliver the work and meet legal obligations. Meta keeps ad measurement data according to its own policy.
Your choices and rights
