Terms of Service

These terms govern the services ZZ.BUSINESS (“we”) provides through zz.business and the tools we operate. By sending a request through the form on this website, or by starting work with us, you accept them. Contact: zz@zz.business.

What we do

• We set up and run paid advertising for your business on Google, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• We build the tracking that ties every lead back to the ad and keyword that produced it.
• We report the numbers daily and change the campaigns based on them.

We do not build websites, we do not sell leads from other clients, and we do not promise a specific number of customers. Advertising platforms set their own prices through auctions we do not control.

Your side of it

• The ad budget is paid by you, directly to Google and Meta from your own card. We never hold it and never take a percentage of it.
• You keep ownership of every advertising account, pixel and analytics property we set up for you. If we stop working together, they stay with you.
• You answer the leads. Advertising brings people who asked to be contacted; what happens next is your business.
• You confirm that what you advertise is lawful in the countries you sell to, and that the claims on your website are true. We will not run advertising we believe to be misleading.

Money

• Setup is paid once, before the work begins. The monthly fee is paid in advance for each month.
• The agreement runs month to month. Either side may end it before the next month starts, with no penalty and no notice period.
• The setup fee is not refundable once the accounts and tracking have been built, because that work cannot be returned.

Our own tools

We operate internal software that publishes our own content to our own accounts, reads the statistics of our own advertising accounts, and stores the leads our clients receive. This software is not offered to third parties and is not available for public sign-up. Where it connects to a platform such as Google, Meta or TikTok, it does so with the account owner’s explicit authorisation and only within the permissions that owner has granted.

What we are not responsible for

• Decisions made by advertising platforms: rejected ads, suspended accounts, changed policies or prices.
• Results that depend on your product, your prices, your website or how fast you answer.
• Downtime of third-party services we rely on.

Our liability in any dispute is limited to the fees you paid us for the month in which the problem occurred.

Confidentiality

We do not disclose your figures, your campaigns or your client data to anyone. We may describe the work in general terms as a case study only with your written permission.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change affects work already paid for, the terms you accepted when paying continue to apply until the end of that month.
